Outspoken Headquarters is seeking a vibrant, responsible, and high-integrity Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our salon. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is ready to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Guest Experience: Greet clients warmly, answer phones professionally, and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
Administrative Duties: Utilize computer systems efficiently for scheduling, client management, and daily salon operations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, carry, clean and climb as needed to support smooth salon flow and organization.
Qualifications & Traits
Availability: Must be available to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
Outgoing & Friendly: Brings positive energy and a passion for a collaborative team dynamic.
Responsible & Respectful: Demonstrates high integrity and treats everyone with mutual respect.
Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
