While spending over two decades in this industry, she found her biggest passion to do hair and makeup for movies, TV, and Theatre. She put all that on hold to raise 3 amazing kids, nurture a wonderful marriage, and find the beauty in everyone she meets. Shelah uses her empathic skills to talk, listen, and make everyone feel as good INSIDE as she does on the outside. She loves being in and around any body of water, camping, coffee, deep conversation, and laughter. She is quick with wit, laughter, and the intention that everyone feels better walking out, than they did when they walked in. Shelah is known for her Outspoken tendencies. Hence the name of the salon. She will love strong but she is very firm on boundaries and standards.

Her favorite drink is: A Sugar Free Pink Flamingo with a soft top from Dutch Bros. Her favorite Starbucks drink is any seasonal cold brew. Her favorite local coffee shop order is a iced sugar free white chocolate americano with a splash of cream.

Katelynn specializes In blondes , lived in color , dimensional color, and Big transformations. She makes sure everyone leaves her chair Happy and Feeling themselves. Performing Headspa , manicures , applying makeup and slaying hair is what KateLynn is about , She’s our Lead stylist at OHQ because of her passion and drive to always make people feel beautiful.

KateLynn enjoys being around her family and pets , going shopping , and Just relaxing.

Jordan has been doing have for 2 years. She’s a mom of 3 beautiful kids and has been married for 3 years. She loves soccer and animals. She loves being by water or out in the woods. Her favorite thing to do when she’s not doing hair is to spend time with her family.

She got into the beauty industry to help people feel good about themselves and give people a safe place to be their true authentic self.

She loves doing color. From blondes, Carmel tones and all over colors. She loves color!

Hunter is a passionate stylist who’s been licensed for 5 years. She specializes in Fantasy color, blonding, razor cuts and alternative looks. She is a horror junkie, music lover, and a mom.

Alyssa is our most recently licensed stylist. As a valued member of our salon she was gaining work experience in a salon environment while attending beauty school. Alyssa graduated in December 2025. Her quiet demeanor is often interrupted by one liners and funny quips. She can’t wait to bring her love for beautiful, confidence-boosting hair to her own clients.

*Isabelle is a Master Esthetician with a deep passion for helping clients feel confident and radiant in their skin. She specializes in customized facials, advanced acne and anti-aging treatments, full-body waxing, brow shaping, and lash enhancements. Isabelle is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the beauty industry—constantly expanding her knowledge in skin science, ingredient technology, and the latest techniques to deliver results-driven treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her figure skating, exploring nature, or discovering new places to shop and travel. Isabelle believes that beauty starts with self-care and is dedicated to creating a space where her clients feel relaxed, empowered, and glowing from the inside out.

*Malayna is a Licensed Master Esthetician who specializes in relaxing, results driven facials, along with full body waxing. She loves beautifying skin, building confidence, and giving the best results she can provide for her clients. She loves continuous learning, finding and following beauty trends, and advancing her skills continuously.

When she isn’t beautifying you in the treatment room, she’ll be busy outside gardening and working with animals on the farm.

*Chloe is a PNW born and raised girly. She is a Licensed Master Esthetician. She attended the Euro Institute where she received my esthetician license, and then continued on to the Washington Laser Institute for her masters. She love a good road trip with her boyfriend.Her favorite green envy product is flora botanical facial oil.

*Failyn got into the esthetics industry through my passion for hands on care and helping people feel confident and radiant in their skin. She love creating a welcoming space where people can be themselves, feel relaxed and supported while working toward their goals.

She chooses to focus on gentle, results driven skincare that supports barrier health, radiant aging and overall skin wellness and she loves to continuously grow her knowledge so she can give the best care to the those who trust her with their skin!

Outside of the treatment room, Failyn loves all things fashion, self care (with her cats) taking on new experiences and finding beauty in everyday life.

She love Green Envee for their inside out holistic approach to skincare. The Flora Elixir Botanical Oil is one of her faves, for the healing and dewy glow it gives the skin, because she all about the glow!
