If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a service, we kindly request that you let us know within 7 days of your service. We will always back up our work and offer complimentary adjustments or redos but we do not offer refunds on any service. If you purchased an item in the boutique that did not meet your needs, we invite you to come in and exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. We are a small business and want to ensure your happiness.
