No Show & Cancellation Policy
We understand people get sick, life happens, or plans change. However, we have a strict Policy for No-Shows and Late Cancellations. If you NO-SHOW, you will be charged $50 of your service fee in addition to forfeiting your deposit. We ask for 24 hour notice for CANCELLATION so that we can attempt to fill your spot. If you are a LATE CANCELLATION (within 24 hours of your appointment) you will be charged $50 of your service. All clients will be asked to confirm their appointment by entering a card on our secure system. This card will only be charged in the event of a NO-SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION. Children Policy
We kindly request children under the age of 12 do not accompany to the salon for your services. We offer luxury spa services that require a peaceful space and would love your assistance in ensuring all our guests are allotted the space and energy required for ultimate care and relaxation. We are happy to service our younger clients with the understanding that they also can respect the space we created. All ages deserve rest and relaxation.
Refund/ Return Policy
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a service, we kindly request that you let us know within 7 days of your service. We will always back up our work and offer complimentary adjustments or redos but we do not offer refunds on any service. If you purchased an item in the boutique that did not meet your needs, we invite you to come in and exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. We are a small business and want to ensure your happiness.
